Return & Refund Policy

At Natural Blends, we take great care in crafting our natural products to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Once an order has been placed and shipped, it is considered final.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request assistance within 48 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

The issue is reported within the given timeframe with valid proof.

A clear parcel opening video is provided, starting before unsealing the package, showing all sides, the shipping label, and the unboxing process without cuts.

Photos of the damaged or incorrect product along with the packaging are submitted.

How to Report an Issue

  1. Contact Us: Email care@naturalblends.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Proof: Attach the unboxing video and clear photos showing the issue.
  3. Review & Resolution: Our team will assess your claim and respond within 2-3 business days.
  4. Possible Outcomes: If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit; refunds are not available.

Claims will not be accepted if:

The product has been used, opened, or tampered.

The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.

The product was damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

The package was lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

A valid parcel opening video is not provided.
